Telephone Calls and Emails
Telephone calls will not be directed to the doctor while they are consulting. A message will be taken, and your call will be returned by a staff member or by your doctor. Please do not use email for discussion with doctors, requests, or medical queries and emergencies. Under no circumstances will medical advice be supplied through email, and doctors will not respond to your email personally.
Our email address is not regularly monitored and is not our preferred means of communication.
There is a risk that important clinical information sent to this address may be missed or not picked up, particularly time critical information. Additionally, we urge all patients to carefully consider the issue of security before sending medical information via unencrypted email. We encourage patients to phone the practice or make an appointment to discuss clinical issues.

Feedback forms can be found under ‘Patient Resources’, ‘Patient Forms’ on the website. Alternatively, you can find them on the brochure board in the waiting room.
